Anti-Dean Snark From James Carville
“The R.N.C. did a better job than the D.N.C. this year,” Mr. Carville said, referring to the Democratic National Committee. This probably says something about the Clintons, too, I suppose. He said Democrats succeeded because the party’s House and Senate campaign committees compensated for what Mr. Carville described as the shortcomings of the Democratic National Committee, allowing the party to take advantage of a wave of voter resentment directed at Republicans.
“When one of these things hit, it doesn’t matter who the party chairman is,” he said.
P.S. Speaking of snark, is it possible that Mary Matalin might succeed Ken Mehlman as party chair if Michael Steele turns down the RNC's offer?
P.P.S. Is it possible that Harold Ford Jr. might succeed Howard Dean as party chair?

Comments
Well the guy also married Mary Matalin. What a schmuck.
