Sunstein: “If you can kill them, why can't you spy on them?”
According to Sunstein, warrantless wiretapping is nothing compared to being dead.
P.S. I'll bet there are a lot of unsuspecting Americans who would be shocked to hear that Cass Sunstein thinks that they are this far from being liquidated.

I actually liked Sunstein's comment because it makes it easy to remember what the Republicans really stand for.
The Democrats' response (by way of a campaign slogan) should be even more concise:
"Had enough?"

Apologies to Newt but I would amend that suggested campaign slogan ever so slightly.
"Had enough of Republican government?"
(Less pithy but much better branding value.)
